About the inventory
The Copenhagen Burnout Inventory was developed by Tage Kristensen and colleagues as a response to the popular but inaccessible MBI. It is meant to be very generic and applicable to individuals no matter their occupation. Please see their descriptions of the subscales below.
Personal Burnout: measures the degree of physical and psychological fatigue and exhaustion experienced by the person
Work-related Burnout: measures the degree of physical and psychological fatigue and exhaustion that is perceived by the person as related to his/her [their] work
Client-related Burnout: measure the degree of physical and psychological fatigue and exhaustion that is perceived by the person as related to his/her [their] work with clients
